Active during the night, dusk and dawn

Insects, worms, snails, eggs, small rodents, frogs, fish, fruit, sprouts, seeds

Propagation
Pairing only at 1-3 days during high rutting season (February/March), Pregnancy 63 days, litter: 3-4 young ones

Acromion up to 25 cm, weight: 8-12 kg
